Adam J. MacLeod, JD

SENIOR RESEARCH FELLOW

Adam J. MacLeod is a senior research fellow at the Center for Religion, Culture & Democracy and professor of law and Katherine A. Ryan Chair for Global and International Law at St. Mary’s University School of Law. He is also a faculty member in the James Madison Program’s graduate seminar on the Moral Foundations of Law at Princeton. A prolific writer and lecturer, MacLeod is interested in the specification of private rights in real, personal, and intellectual property law. He has authored a number of books, including The Age of Selfies: Reasoning about Right(s) When the Stakes are Personal and Property and Practical Reason.
