Elisabeth Rain Kincaid is a research fellow at the Center for Religion, Culture & Democracy. She serves as director of the Institute for Faith and Learning at Baylor University and associate professor in Baylor’s George W. Truett Theological Seminary. She previously held the Legendre-Soulé Chair in Business Ethics at the College of Business at Loyola University New Orleans, where she also served as the director of the Center for Ethics and Economic Justice. She is the author of Law from Below: How the Thought of Francisco Suárez, SJ, Can Renew Contemporary Legal Engagement, and has also written on virtue ethics, business ethics, legal philosophy, and political theology.
